Privacy Policy — The Bureau OS

What this application is

The Bureau OS is a private, single-user personal tool used solely by Fyodor

Krasniy to organise his own notes, calendar and records. It is not offered to

the public, has no other users, and there is no sign-up.

What data it accesses

With your explicit Google consent, this application accesses:

- Google Calendar (`https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar`) — to read and

write the owner's own calendar events.

- Email address and basic profile (`userinfo.email`, `openid`) — solely to

confirm which Google account granted access.

How that data is used

Calendar data is synchronised into a database that runs **on the owner's own

computer**. It is used only to display and schedule the owner's own events.

Where it is stored, and who can see it

- All data is stored **locally on hardware owned and physically controlled by

Fyodor Krasniy**.

- It is not sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third party.

- It is not used for advertising, profiling, or analytics.

- It is not used to train any machine-learning model.

- No other person has access to it.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained for as long as the application is in use. Access can be

revoked at any time from the Google Account permissions page

(<https://myaccount.google.com/permissions>), which immediately stops all

further synchronisation. Local copies can be deleted on request by contacting

the address below.

Limited Use

This application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the

[Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy),

including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an

updated date.
